1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") applies to your use of the 97bet platform and all its services. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and 97bet.

Cashback & Reload Bonus:

• Cashback bonus wagering requirements are set separately
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings derived from bonuses

6 Gaming Rules

All games on 97bet operate under internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) standards. Every game outcome is completely random and impartial.

• In the event of a disconnection during a game, the last recorded state will be saved
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded
• Sport-specific rules apply separately for certain events in Sports Betting
• In live games, the dealer's decision is considered final
• 97bet reserves the right to void winnings obtained through game software bugs or errors

Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded. In Live Betting, odds changes take effect immediately.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 97bet platform. Any detected violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Bonus system abuse or bonus hunting
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Money laundering or illegal transactions
• Attempting to hack or manipulate game software
• Use of automated software or bots
• Threatening or harassing other users
• Assisting minors in accessing the platform

8 Account Suspension & Closure

97bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for any reason. This action is typically taken under the following circumstances:

• If false information is detected during the KYC verification process
• If money laundering is suspected
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request
